I have been a BC fan since 1983. I have also loved this pod over the years. However, this latest episode - especially Bruce’s vitriolic comments towards Mark - and the recruitment of a Stuart impersonator to replace Simon on vocals have deeply saddened me. This iteration of the band is no longer honouring Stuart’s legacy, it feels like nothing more than a Watson family pension plan. I love Big Country, and i love good podcasts. This is what happens when these two worlds collide.
Listening to the podcasts has been an absolute joy, and had me revisiting albums, songs, lyrics i have have been listening to for 30 years.
