Personally I tend to listen when I’m in a good place because I find being totally away from gambling helps me mentally but when I was really low and stopping gambling I found this podcast really comforting. Alyssa and Eric are a joy to listen to, which is like the spoonful of sugar that helps the medicine go down, except the medicine itself is delicious in its own right. Anyone with a gambling addiction will benefit immensely from listening to this podcast, and be entertained to boot.
