Fix the work environment, don’t target the women.
I had so many insights from the Fix episodes, I lost count. As a young female-identifying person at the beginning of my career, I highly appreciate the range of topics covered, the attention to detail and, most of all, the transparency with which the challenges are being discussed. One of my favorite podcasts!
I’m learning a lot from this podcast and really like the straight talking approach of Michelle and Kelly. Both very insightful and a joy to listen to. They can get to the crux of issues and articulate them beautifully. Particularly enjoyed the feedback, Authority gap and lessons about DEI episodes. The episodes are short and highly edited and I often wish I could hear more of the conversation with guests. Maybe some bonus longer form episodes with the full conversation would be popular?
Avid listener and learner.
After reading Michelle’s book “the fix” and then learning about the podcast, I have been Re-Energized !!!! What incredible work she has done and is doing, every person and I mean EVERY person needs to hear this embrace this and take action so many gems I learn something new every time I listen 👏🏾😊💕🙏🏾
