Hands down the best resource for directors I’ve ever found. Relentlessly practical, relevant and full of wisdom. The depth of discussion around craft, the insights into the industry and the directors role in it, and the perspective it gives into the the reality of building a career today. The guests and quality of the interviewing is always exceptionally good and on point.

I love this podcast. As a young screenwriter it’s so insightful. I particularly appreciate how frank they are and how they focus on the journey not just the destination! Great technical questions, and the hosts’ warmth and humility tends to bring out the same in the guests. Now I just want them to get paid to do it - more sponsors please!
So glad I found this podcast! I’m a professional actor, but much of the content covered is incredibly helpful for an actors relationship with director, an understanding of the different roles that exist on set/ behind the camera, healthy practical ways to deal with the highs and lows of the industry and how to trust yourself etc.
Thank you so much team! Love the down to earth vibe of the conversations. I’ve learned a lot already! Keep going. Five stars!
