The Deep Dive is a show about what it means to live honestly, love fully, and create from the inside out. Hosted by spoken word artist, poet, and transformational coach Adam Roa, each episode goes beneath the surface of the things that matter most: love, heartbreak, creativity, self-expression, purpose, and the courage it takes to become more fully yourself. No scripts. No performance. Just real c... more

The conversations on the podcast are thought provoking and brutally honest (sometimes, cringe worthy honest). Adam and his guests do not hold back on the ups and downs of being human while offering inspiration and tools to navigate this journey (honestly making me feel a little less alone). With spirituality being somewhat trendy these days- it’s refreshing to hear “popular” spiritual folks talk about all aspects of spirituality with honesty, empathy, reverence for Life and the journey. From the episodes I have listened to, all of the right questions are asked, and then they get the listeners to think in a full circle of whatever is being discussed in the episode always encouraging to Think. Also, the vulnerability along with the compassion explored frequently in these discussions are such an inspiration to me on many levels🪄
I love this show, one of my absolute favourite podcasts.
So much valuable information and interesting good stuff, wow!
Highly recommend it!
Adam lives, breathe and walks the talk. This podcast is pure fire. Thank you!!!
Much better podcast out there. Adam is a snake and thief tricking people into his membership! Offers no customer service. Not in alignment with sovereign consciousness!

The show consistently explores intimate topics with raw honesty, covering love, relationships, personal growth, spirituality, and how to live with purpose. Episodes often center on deep questions about monogamy, masculinity, accountability, and cultural conditioning, inviting listeners to reflect on their own paths without judgment. A standout is the willingness to tackle controversial subjects with compassion, vulnerability, and practical takeaway guidance, making it useful for listeners seeking self-awareness and meaningful conversations.
What makes this program notable is its unfiltered approach and the host's background as a poet and transformational coach, which adds a reflective, philosophical layer to practical relationship and life... more
