While listening to this episode, my mind was racing with so many thoughts, in the best way possible! This episode is for everyone! Kids, athletes, parents, anyone needing advice or keys to shifting mindset! I was able to relate with Tanner, in regard to a recent ACL injury! Although I’m a much older than him, I respect and take his story and advice seriously! I will definitely be coming back to this episode and podcast in the future!
