I love this podcast, but referencing Andrew Huberman makes me question the credibility, as he’s a quack who pedals pseudoscience, and frequently talks out of his area of expertise. Don’t get me started on the “protocols”🤣🤣🤣🤣

  • Deeply simple

Whether you have read the books ( strongly recommended) or not, the content of the podcasts is so valuable, meaning-full and applicable. One warning : it’s not the listening that helps to change, it’s the doing (but as Marc points out , after the Acceptance of what is) potentialy life-changing

  • Exactly what I needed exactly when I needed it

I have just listened to the Resilience podcast and this has really helped me understand some of the reasons why I’ve been struggling in my job as an airline pilot and how to help myself to succeed in a very difficult environment at work. Thank you. This has come at exactly the right time for me (it’s almost spooky how good the timing is). I can’t wait to hear the next podcast on Stoicism.

  • Always Helpful

Mark and Drew do such thorough research and manage to spin certain ideas that are not new in ways that make them feel fresh and inspiring. They also present many conclusions that are at the helm of psychology and philosophy for the modern day. As someone who is fascinated with diving into all these topics with depth and attention, I’m so glad they chose to use this format instead of interviewing the same authors that everyone else does. I would appreciate hearing more of their opinions on politi... more
