ask ellie: advice session
Q: What are some green flags to look for in a new partner?
Look for safety and authenticity: you should feel safe being yourself, able to express opinions, and confident that the other person will support you and not shut you down. Consistency between words and actions is a key signal of a healthy relationship.
ask ellie: advice session
Q: Is it possible to still be friends with your ex?
It depends on the specifics, especially whether any romantic feelings remain. If there are no lingering feelings and both people have moved on, a healthy friendship can be possible, but it requires clear boundaries and mutual respect.
ask ellie: advice session
Q: How do you know when it's time to break up with someone?
You know it's time when you feel anxious, drained, or less like yourself in the relationship, or when you stay out of fear of leaving rather than excitement about staying. If the person you're with today is unlikely to change, and you're clinging to a potential future version that may never exist, it's a sign to consider moving on.
the benefits of being physically active in college (w/ Jake Shill)
Q: What advice would you give to someone who's just starting off at the gym and learning how to do everything?
Go with someone you know to keep you accountable and find your niche in exercising that you enjoy.
learning to accept change (w/ sam olsen)
Q: How did you get started into this? Have you always loved photography and videography?
I started getting into photography when I was 15 after my family moved to South America, and I learned from YouTube, especially from Peter McKinnon's videos.
