  • Great CAD Podcast

Great podcast. I find Cortez and Brooke a good mix of views and they complement each other. Tough to find Canadian content and this is great quality. Not sales driven at all, just seem genuinely interested in Canadian real estate. Cortez often has macro views which are insightful, while Brooke often speaks from personal experience and a real estate feel. Would recommend to anybody interested in the real estate market in Canada.

  • Good content, but too negative.

This podcast certainly fills a gap in Canadian real state media, but I just can’t stand the constant negativity and trashing against Canada. All the episode titles are just negative.

  • Uninformed

Honestly I don’t normally ever leave negative reviews but I was just shocked about how uniformed on certain things the hosts of this podcasts are. They aren’t even informed on simple things like what Osap is, how and when you need to pay it back, whether it was the provincial or federal housing minister that resigned, if international students can get student loans in Canada or not…I just feel like the hosts need to educate themselves a bit more on topics before they talk about it on the podcas... more
