Great podcast. I find Cortez and Brooke a good mix of views and they complement each other. Tough to find Canadian content and this is great quality. Not sales driven at all, just seem genuinely interested in Canadian real estate. Cortez often has macro views which are insightful, while Brooke often speaks from personal experience and a real estate feel. Would recommend to anybody interested in the real estate market in Canada.
