This podcast is an excellent choice for fun, polite, smart discussions of books and the publishing world. I've discovered many authors and books through this podcast. I also love that the host reads the books before the discussion.
Just discovered this today and loving it so far. Have bought a Tessa Hadley novel and the Chilbury Ladies Choir on the strength of the first two podcasts I have listened to. I’m trying to discover new authors and break out of my comfort zone.
Really like the format. The interviewees (mainly authors from the ones I’ve listened to so far) and interviews are interesting and informative and I’m excited to read the books that are mentioned.
