You’ve been in radio for 2 decades - I’m sure you can do better. The guys sometimes also sound like they’re winging it and constantly reaching out for help to the guys behind the glass.
Get rid of Jeff. Boring. Humorless. Slow. Unimportant.
JP’s attempts at being fresh is overbearing. An example are his insistence that he refers to everyone by a modern sounding nickname. It’s a bore and immature.
If you want the company line by company this is the one for you! Kiss butt non stop!
This guy needs to get a full time gig. He is great. I like him better than most hosts.
