Not sure if I have ever heard anyone say I don’t know more than John
Great show and never miss an episode.
I love Keim, I’ve been listening to his show since around 2018. However, whoever is producing this show needs to get their sh— together. Keim is always so quiet, I can barely hear him through my headphones, but then the advertisements are at a normal volume. The ads should not be noticeably louder and easier to hear than the show!

The program centers on in-depth Washington Commanders coverage, with a strong emphasis on training camp, roster battles, injury timelines, and QB depth, framed by expert insider analysis and on-the-ground observations. Episodes frequently feature veteran hosts breaking down practice notes, joint practices, and preseason implications, often alongside guest interviews that add team-specific insight. A notable pattern is regular sponsor reads and cross-promotion, reflecting a production ecosystem that blends hard analysis with first-hand reporting and access to players and personnel. Fans probably value clear, beat-level context, roster-building rationale, and practical takeaways for following the team through the NFL calendar.
