This is my favorite pod for the Commanders because of the unique perspective Logan Paulsen is able to provide not only from his NFL experience, not only from being a TE and having real NFL-level knowledge about blocking and receiving, but because of how good of a job he does breaking it all down. His co-host, Grant, also does a good job making sure Logan simplifies things that are basic to him but not the typical fan, and has a great media-member pulse on the team.
Listen to every pod. Logan’s insight is excellent and Grant’s banter and dynamic with Logan is really good. My go-to for all things Commanders. All Hail! I watch on Youtube and if you’re not, you’re missing out. Fun to see these fellas as they breakdown all things WAS
This podcast is a joy to listen to. Grew up in the DC Area, living on the West Coast now, Logan and Grant have great chemistry. So this podcast is highly informative but also a really fun hang. Grateful my favorite team has a show like this dedicated to incredible coverage.

Two hosts dig into Washington Commanders football with data-driven, insider-level analysis grounded in NFL experience. Episodes frequently cover roster moves, camp standouts, scheme changes, and in-game decision-making, often with practical takeaways for fans, sponsors, and media buyers. The dynamic pairing blends on-site observations, tactical breakdowns, and long-form context about coaching, front office strategy, and player development, making it a reliable resource for listeners who want deeper understanding beyond headlines. A notable edge is the duo's combination of former player insight and seasoned reporting, which tends to translate complex X's & O's into approachable, actionable commentary.
