  • Great cousins Interview

Hey Kev. Andre here from Washington DC but now living in Toledo Ohio. Been a fan of the pod since 2014 and i just wanted to give u your flowers for the Kirk Cousins interview. Great questions and even better responses from Kirk. Especially his knowledge about the shanahan and gruden trees, and how good Blough could be. Super smart and interesting points of view from him. I wasnt always the biggest believer in kirk but i definitely thought we could do way worse than him when he walked, hes the be... more

  • Kevin and Tom’s “Custom Blend”

Loyal listener based in Las Vegas,NV. Give us more Scott Turner (former Rebel QB!) he was so refreshing and honest, we need to hear more reactions about Captain Ron’s decisions and pressers.

Tom reading off Shelly’s specials makes me salivate and I Love all of the guests, Doc, Czabe, and more. Keep up the good work Kev.

  • It’s not bandwagon

Hey Kevin, the word for our fan base isn’t bandwagon, it’s fair weather. Fans like showing up when we are good and disappear when we are bad. My family is the opposite, we show up to a game a year no matter what as out of towners, but we show up more when we are bad because the ticket prices are so cheap 😂

  • We need a Loverro Memoir stat!

When will this memoir be written? Kevin racing against hypothermia to find his car was a fantastic story, only to be topped by Thom parking on a church lawn and losing his keys at Midnight Mass while “trying to get his presents early.” This memoir needs to be written.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Adding Chenal + 83!
Q: What's Washington getting in Leo Chenal?
A three-down, versatile inside linebacker who can contribute on run defense, special teams, and pass rush, with the potential to fit various schemes under Washington's new defensive coordinators.
Greenard Via Trade?
Q: What is the potential cost to acquire Jonathan Greenard for the Vikings or another team?
The hosts estimate a price around a second-round pick, arguing that Greenard is a top edge rusher and would command substantial value, though a first-round price would be unlikely given market dynamics and cap considerations.
Surprising Exit For Biadasz
Q: What do you think about Tyler Biadasz's release?
Steve Suter expresses disbelief and mentions it is likely a financial decision rather than a performance-based one.
Jay Bilas & Logan Paulsen
Q: What are your thoughts on the Darryn Peterson situation?
It's a curious case; he's been dealing with some difficulties, but when you call his games, he's a competitive player and I just can't imagine that he would shut it down without strong reasons.
Jay Bilas & Logan Paulsen
Q: Calm the fears of Maryland fans that are impatient and are angst-ridden over Buzz Williams if you can, Jay.
You have an outstanding coach, and his track record is clear. It's year one, and with the transfer portal, it doesn't always happen that way, but Buzz Williams will get it figured out.
