The recent episode on birth trauma had me in tears and feeling so seen (and I’m a therapist who knows about trauma) but it felt like you were speaking right to me. Thank you for the resource
Such an empowering listen. I love how Hehe is nonjudgmental and supports and trusts every persons decisions around their body and their baby while also sharing the data and evidence. Look forward to each episode!
Binge listening to all the episodes. Hehe is so knowledgeable and I love learning from all the episodes. Thank you for empowering mamas!
HeHe is a powerhouse who helps birthing people and their families UNDERSTAND ALL THEIR OPTIONS which is really what makes the difference in feeling great about your birth and postpartum experience or not!!!
I literally love this podcast but unfortunately I have to knock a star off because some of the guests, specifically guest in episode 202, are eating/sucking on something while talking and it makes it incredibly hard to get through listening to the episode. Episode 202 is really really important content and unfortunately I literally cannot get past the guest sucking on blueberries which is a huge bummer! Otherwise this content is amazing.
