Love everything about this podcast. 1) Talks about real issues of the illness while staying overall positive 2) CONSISTENT episodes. How many podcasts have you found on bipolar that were started during the hosts manic episode and then they disappear after a few weeks. 3) Host (Mike) is actually bi-polar! So he really gets it. Real struggles, real triumphs and really shares the real stuff and what has worked and not worked for him. 4) Can’t say enough about the Facebook “Tribe” such a great outle... more
