Have been really enjoying the episodes every week and hearing about everyone’s journeys around their bodies and lives with such transparency. Loved the gals but Kaynes was great hearing a males perspective. To hear him talk so honest about how low his life was and how he used exercise as a tool to get out of it was inspiring.
