I’ve experienced so much relatability and helpful life/Buddhist path reminders through Sagar’s candid conversations with other practitioners this season….I always step away feeling better and with a fuller cup after listening, not to mention a grin from Sagar’s witty humor which never ceases to delight. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I enjoy this podcast. I saw Sagar perform in Boston and New York.
Discovered this pod after checking out Sagar’s insta page because I’m seeing his standup this week… just a little variety show i like to go to on Wednesday’s. So glad I was curious. This is a great podcast and right in line with all I’ve been thinking about and going through lately. It’s very thoughtful and real but still accessible and easy to listen to. Good things happen when we’re open and honest and follow our creative hearts.
The much anticipated second season does not disappoint. I found myself audibly agreeing multiple times while listening to these conversations….cannot wait to learn who the guest will be for episode three! As with season one, there is so much relatability, insight, Buddhist philosophy lessons/reminders, humor (Sagar’s still got it) and pleasure found in the Anxiety Lab. I’m always happy to have spent my time listening. Kudos and gratitude 🙏🏼
This has been a hard, unsettling, enlightening year. I saw Sagar promote his podcast at its conclusion on Facebook and immediately binged all 12 episodes over the last few weeks. It has uplifted me. It has given me so much to think about. And it has been a joy. I may even re-listen. I hope tons of people find their way to it and experience the joy too.
