There are lots of podcasts out there, but I especially love this one on Buddhism because Toni starts at square one for those of us who are getting our feet wet. I like the backstory and context so you understand the why of this religion.
Really interesting podcast. Alan explains everything in simple, understandable English, fleshing out each concept with easy to understand examples and allegories. I listen to an episode a day to compliment my yoga and meditation practice, and it’s a great add-on. If you’re new to Buddhism and you’re looking for a well put together podcast that won’t baffle you with loads of technicalities then I’d seriously recommend this. A+++++++
I discovered Alan Peto on Apple podcasts whilst I was trying to discover Buddhist educational channels, I really enjoy his talks and the way he explains Buddhism. I am really looking forward to listening to new episodes!
