I love the down to earth nature of it; just a couple of agile people sitting in a pub and talking about random stuff then somehow linking it to the challenges we all face in our orgs when trying to be agile. I sometimes think “is this really a good way to spend my time?” but I have always taken something useful from every episode.
Tried a few times to listen to this podcast but the sound quality is always very poor.
The Agile Pubcast is an awesome insight in to the minds of two (and sometimes 3 with Nigel Baker) leading agile coaches. It's a must for those involved in Scrum and agile. The quality of the content is good and relevant at all levels from Scrum Master to agile leadership. Love the agile talk, love the booze reviews, keep it up guys!
A great idea - two agile experts hanging out in a pub, talking about the challenges of un-learning old habits and learning new ones. I highly recommend subscribing to anyone leading an organization that uses -- or wants to use -- agile methods to deliver products.
I’ve been listening to Paul and Geoff for a while now and the pubcast seems to improve with each episode. Having met them both in the flesh I can confirm this is exactly how they are... unscripted and spontaneous. Cheers guys!
