Fun stuff from fun guys. If you interested in incremental and iterative value creation this show is for you!
This is a brilliant podcast if you want to learn in small steps about agile, continuous improvement, metrics and humans oh and of course whiskey! Although it can get confusing whiskey with e and without, the most important information is broken down in small bits, it’s carefully unpacked and delivered with care, lots of fun, lots of information and feeling of belonging! I wish I knew about this back in lockdown!
Sky-high recommendation for this series about task management informed both by theory and simulation results. Aspects covered include task and process flow metrics, task sizing (Ep. 8), continuous vs just up-front assessments, and an alternative mental model for managing tasks that enables the best possible predictions of team delivery count and timing.
