This podcast gets a gold star for discussing diversity in STEM as well as the challenges in STEM that impact us all. With a cast who range broadly in age and experience, you will feel at home here. I highly recommend obsessively listening to every episode then creating action on your home campus to BE the change we need in STEM culture.
I love the InSTEM episodes! In particular the one about disabilities in grad school.
Thank you for taking the time to put this all together. I found the writing episodes to be very helpful.
Hello! As the Managing Editor for Stairway to STEM, this resource really appeals to me. It's all about sharing resources and creating community in an environment that can (but doesn't have to!) be notoriously difficult to connect with others and collaborate in. So, kudos to STEMculture. We''ll be listening.
As a current grad student in biomdecial sciences, I am loving this podcast. I can relate with so much of what the presenters discuss and I wish I had most of this advice while starting out my PhD. I highly recommend it for useful pointers one can use to smoothly journey through their grad school.
