  • My favorite podcast!

I absolutely love this podcast. Actually, it’s the reason I started running again, so that I have enough time to listen to it! Some episodes are so mindblowing good that I hear them several times (my absolute favorite so far is the one with Frank Mondeose: Is it love or is it fear?). I can’t wait to start my ISTA training in spring and I hope I will meet as many as facilitators in person like possible. I can highly recommend this podcast and the knowledge you gain through it!
