Lovely pop-podcast.
I happened on this podcast last week and have listened to a couple of episodes so far (being a Kylie fan) but will definitely be checking out the rest of the episodes, this is a great listen informative and fun!
Thoroughly enjoyed the episodes including the ones of artists I am not a huge fan of during 2023. It’s a pleasure listening to Leo’s recollections of songs and the artists over the years and his own little anecdotes that make this easy to relate to. I hope there is more to come in 2024!
Really enjoyed the Culture Club episodes. Be great to do a deep dive on the lesser known but equally great albums like Don’t Mind If I Do, Cheapness & Beauty and the gorgeous Martyr Mantras.
First time I saw CC live was in the 80s. Last time was the Life tour with various George & CC gigs in between.
Met both George and CC on a few occasions. My claim to fame was getting bottled by George himself back in the late 90s.
I hope you do a Human League special when they tour Australia next year.
Absolutely love this podcast, the recent Wham! episodes have been amazing. Looking forward to going back & listening to the previous episodes.
