  • I don’t like her - I respect her - I love her.

I love Katherine . Because she is authentically herself and has the confidence to allow her husband to be his authentic self. The beautiful complexity of connections and relationships that work isn’t that we are the same, think the same or and vote the same. The beauty is the true acceptance and grace for difference and maybe even the capacity to laugh at ourselves.

Katherine has this - she is a badass and I’m human and woman proud of her… I don’t agree with her about many things same goes for ... more

  • Losing interest

This used to be my top podcast but, oh dear, the American guy at the end 🥱 and Bobby on the podcast is a no no from me.

  • Love this show, BUT

Love this podcast and love Katherine Ryan and her family, but I don’t understand why it’s increasingly being used as a platform to spread Katherine’s own opinions on parenting and shame others for their own ways of doing things… for example, shaming other mothers for using nurseries seems a bit odd. I understand it’s not something she believes in, but why try to persuade listeners not to either. Luckily she’s hilarious so sorta gets away with it✌️

  • Consistently Entertaining

Always look forward to this pod coming out and really love Katherine’s anecdotes and insights, however I’m not a fan of the ‘entertainment section’ by the American guy - really puts me off!

  • Love the show, but no more BK please…

Have been enjoying this podcast for so many years, love hearing what you have to say, but could really do without Bobby’s boring, unfunny mumbling...please make it stop.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Body Autonomy and THAT Baby Shower
Q: What are your thoughts on Bonnie Blue's pregnancy-themed stunt and the public conversation it sparked?
I think it's a deeply controversial issue that tests the boundaries of body autonomy, ethics, and safeguarding. While I personally find the stunt morally uncomfortable, I believe a pregnant woman should have agency over her body, but there are legitimate concerns about exploitation, the impact on viewers, and the potential harm to an unborn child. The key is to balance personal freedom with responsibility and to scrutinize how society reacts.
Caught Out In My Pants
Q: Is there hope for a future child if I leave him?
Once you extricate yourself, you might be able to explore other options, but pursuing compensation for the past may also be an avenue.
Cardi B in Court and The Bop House
Q: Am I being unreasonable to think it's a little disrespectful that while I'm at home with my son attached to my boob, he's looking at a pair of glittery ones in some seedy club?
You can have standards like that, and it's okay to follow your gut instinct.
Melanomaniac
Q: Do you think it's true that leftover DNA from your pregnancies can alter your body chemistry?
A recent fact check found no evidence supporting that theory, but it's crucial to be aware of how stress can affect your health.
Melanomaniac
Q: Katherine, my boyfriend of three years won't sleep with me anymore. What should I do?
If he won't prioritize intimacy or his health, you might have to move on, as it leads to being housemates rather than romantic partners.
