I absolutely love, love this podcast. It’s funny and informative. Katherine is a great host, is very funny and great at keeping the conversation flowing making it an easy listen. Dr Nichola brings fantastic advice (would be nice to have her providing more advice / or further discussion on the choices made and the impact they have whether positive or negative.
