I stumbled on this podcast when looking for a show about Marcia Trimble. I moved to Nashville in 1985 and people were STILL talking about it. As a fan of the true crime genre I quickly began listening to your other fabulous shows. (PS my parents are from Erwin and my great uncle was one of the children who saw the execution of poor Mary the elephant)

Such a boring podcast. Snoozefest stories and so political. Not good story telling.
Seemed bored, seemed unaware of basic realities.
I’ve listened to most of the more-familiar true crime podcasts. I was ready for something new but searching the genre can be hit-or-miss. The hosts make such a difference for me! I tried listening to a few new podcasts covering a case I was familiar with, and that is how I found Somethings Not Right.
