I've enjoyed listening to these
I like that they review research but also share personal experiences.
I really truly enjoy listening to Cat and Eden (alphabetical, no preference) talk the length and breadth of the random things that worry us day-to-day. No matter the topic, I always end up laughing or grinning like a loon during my commute. Which probably terrifies the other walkers passing me by. Should I worry about terrifying the public? :P
Entertaining, Engaging and Informative. Don't ever stop :D _Matt/Teppo
I smile every time I see a new episode of this podcast in my feed! Cat and Eden's humor, quirkiness and intelligence alchemically mix into a great show, that not only quells our fears but entertains us at the same time. Keep up the great work, ladies!
