I’ve been listening for a decade or so, and this show has been a constant reminder that our shared and individual struggles are worth looking at, working at, and being honest about. Paul is a rare treasure, and the guests bring heaps of knowledge. This is a cornerstone of my main rotation.
Paul’s podcast is something we need more of in this world. The objectivity, open-mindedness, and unprejudiced way of structuring it – just “laying out all the chips on the table” for everyone to see is refreshing, nurturing, and joyful (even the hard parts).
This very insightful podcast provides a window into so many mental health issues, creating a more empathetic listener. It also provides access to processes that improve one’s mental health.
A study buddy recommended this show during a class once and I have held onto that recommendation for so long. I never knew how important and relevant it would become.
So many times I have clicked on an episode and just gone for a journey… Guests really open up about their honest experiences and it make me feel less alone in the world… plus Paul is such a likeable fellow who engages in a super genuine way. I really enjoy the depth of conversation and the breath of topics covered.
