Have really enjoyed the podcast so far, enjoy the varied guest with different backgrounds and training goals. Nice and to have local “shire” based content.
Gear reviews are a nice break up in the podcast too. I find them very informative.
Keep up the great work team
Really good content. Audio is terrible! This podcast would be perfect with better equipment.
I’m new to endurance running and was looking for some advice in regards to training, hydration and nutrition. I like the casual laid back style of these guys, makes the stuff around running less stressful and nerve-racking. Has the feeling of try whatever advice that suits you, rather than ‘you must do this!’ Quality of the audio is not great but its still o.k. to listen to. Thanks for the listen.
Great listening , cracked me up
Always a laugh with a lot of great information. Good sledging too.
