4.5 out of 5 stars from 1.3k ratings
  • Fleming’s great strength?

According to Simon Doull one of Stephen Fleming’s great strengths as NZ Test captain vs Australia was to allow players like Damien Martyn to play to their strengths! Perhaps that is why he lost 11 out of 14 Test matches vs Australia with 0 wins! For the record Martyn averaged 48.5 vs NZ so perhaps allowing him his favourite cut shot wasn’t the best strategy?
