Consistently insightful and funny! The Dean Headley interview was superb while being a little scary about the selection and development of our future test players! I fully accept some young players stand out irrespective of their county records (Gower, Botham, Atherton, Vaughan, Flintoff, Trescothick, Bell, Root, Brook as examples) but surely there’s still a place for the development of players in the 24+ age range?
