Cat is a great interview and asks thought provoking questions to her guests! I highly recommend this show 💯
The guests she interviews are awesome, the way she speaks is calming and exploratory, and her takes on the world are refreshing and kind. Although this is a podcast aimed at a certain type of lifestyle, this review comes from a non-vegan and I am still learning a ton and really enjoying the work. Keep it up girl!
This is the first podcast of this series I have listened to. I can't speak of any of the others, but this one was great with guest Jessi Kneeland. Talks about body image and the stories UNDERLYING our food/body image issues. Talks about how shame and shoulds are underneath. Great episode.
Really great new podcast with a fresh perspective. Love it
