因為它代表著一種自己原生沒有、卻很渴望擁有的特質，於是很容易讓人誤以為…

而這一集，我們想把話題再往前推一步。
因為我們發現，很多人其實已經很認真地在認識自己、學習自己，甚至學了許多工具和方法。
但生活為什麼還是很累？
為什麼大腦懂了很多道理，身體卻依然緊繃、焦慮、睡不好？
我很喜歡 Irene 在節目裡提到的一句話：
「很多人第一次這樣照顧自己的身體，都會有一種很感動的感受。」

她是一位精油芳療師，也是一位長期陪伴人們探索自我、理解生命歷程的助人工作者。
但你可能不知道的是，在成為現在的自己之前，她其實也走過許多看似繞遠路的探索。
從靈氣、牌卡、泰式草藥按摩、水晶，到後來的精油芳療與靈魂藍圖解讀。
一路上，她花了許多時間、金錢與心力嘗試各種可能，也曾懷疑過自己…
「別人都已經往前走了，我怎麼還在摸索？」
直到後來她才發現，
原來有些人，不是透過設定目標找到方向；而是在一次次體驗裡，慢慢認識自己。

我剛好在心情低落的時候，因為工作職場挫折，正在懷疑自己為什麼找不到適合自己的工作，
