她是一位精油芳療師，也是一位長期陪伴人們探索自我、理解生命歷程的助人工作者。

以及這一路是如何陪一個人在人生的迷霧裡，慢慢找回自己。
我認為，每個人都擁有屬於自己的光，只是有時候，被焦慮、懷疑、外在期待，或生命中的烏雲暫時遮住了。

「孩子幾歲，我們就是幾歲的爸爸媽媽。」
「我們給不出自己不曾擁有過的東西。」

這一集，我再次邀請田田回到節目裡，我們更深入聊的是「陪伴」這件事。
從幼兒園老師、教學督導、藝術總監，到現在投入「教養陪伴設計師」的角色，
田田在17年的教育現場中陪伴許多孩子，也看見了許多「努力卻孤單」的父母。
她說:「很多爸媽不是不愛孩子，而是在龐大的教養壓力、外界聲音與自我懷疑裡，漸漸忘了自己也是一個需要被照顧的人。」

我剛好在心情低落的時候，因為工作職場挫折，正在懷疑自己為什麼找不到適合自己的工作，
就剛好看到最新的一集講顯示者（我通道什麼我不懂），
我一直以來都覺得很孤單，沒有人了解我，好想要被懂、被明白。
我也非常容易沒有電，大部分都被貼上不夠努力的標籤、太懶、身體不好⋯⋯
