在溝通教學的這幾年，我習慣用NLP的邏輯去拆解行為、分析動機。我以為只要掌握了溝通的通則，就能看懂大部分的關係難題。 但《早安怪物》這本書，讓我看見了人心的另一個樣貌——那個為了「活下去」而不得不扭曲的樣貌。
