情緒就像天氣，有的時候下雨，有的時候晴天。當然，每個天氣背後都有氣候或是其他環境所造成的原因。但是，與其去深究為什麼下雨、為什麼烏雲、為什麼現在會晴天，倒不如去接受現在就是這樣的天氣。如果晴天，我們可以好好享受陽光；如果下雨了，不需要每次下雨都拼命地問自己：這場雨想要告訴我什麼？我們就記得帶傘，或是靜靜地等雨停。我覺得或許這是一種更加能夠坦然面對生命當下之流的智慧。

這個問題是我最近一直在想的。因為老婆在 AI 相關領域工作的關係，我開始真的意識到，很多工作可能都會由 AI 來做。然後，我開始留意生活裡那些AI 沒辦法替我經歷的事情，比如說鏟貓砂、遛狗、治療我受傷的肩膀、按摩、泡澡。只有人類才能做的事情，最大的區別或許是，人，才可以去做那些「不帶目的」的事。至少現階段AI 仍然是一個工具，而只要是工具，就一定帶著某種目的性。當這些具有目的性或經濟價值的東西漸漸被拿走，或許我們才能真正活出單純的存在。科技帶來更強大的生產力工具，正在顛覆我們近代幾百年來長期被馴... more
