想吃素但做到蛋白質不匱乏，需要 (1) 多多有機：同一種植物是否有機，營養比差異太多。薩古魯有舉例印度的橙子營養和能量，1個有機 = 一般約 要吃14個。所以吃素但沒吃有機，蛋白質易缺。（2 ）種類必須多元＋多樣式：薩古魯說小時候市場上，輕易可取得30~40種豆類、穀類等。這些營養+能量都非常足夠。後來農業用農藥量產的過渡階段，市場上只剩下5-6種豆子，米種也變好少，倒是麵粉一大堆。
為了取得更正確的食材，使得吃素是有「學習曲線」的。但也並非做不到。有錢有閒較容易執行到位。我不是素食者，也無特定宗教，但有餘力會購買有機農產品來吃。有機農業會協助改善土地與能量。消費也間接捐款。
三星堆，有聽通靈的人說，與外星文明無關聯。是魔法時代後期產物（屬於人類文明）。南美馬雅也是同時期的。可發現雙方文化的雕像等，嘴巴鼻子耳朵都近似。有些雕像眼睛很凸，而實際上當時有些人真長這樣。但不是所有人。有凸的，可能當時具備千里眼、順風耳這種類型的能力。歷史上有些時期就是通靈者、奇人、超人多。人類的確不是線性發展的。
