I’ve found this podcast to be the most validating podcast for wives who have been betrayed. Jason doesn’t let the betrayer continue with any excuses. He calls them to love their wives like Christ loved the church. If you want your wife to feel safe again, follow the steps Jason lays out.
This podcast has been such a blessing to me. I love the back and forth banter between Shelly and Jason. I love that this podcast also gives the perspective of both the betrayer and the betrayed. Shelley seems to always know the questions that pop in my head when listening. Bravo! Keep up the good work! ❤️
Hope you don’t stop there with anger. Some women have no problem “finding” their anger. Some get to 11/10 every day for years, screaming epithet laden, emasculating, demoralizing, excoriating rants and don’t seem to be entering into healing. Maybe address the “stuck” betrayed spouse? Thanks for all the great content!
As a guy working through my own story and work, it’s so easy to get wrapped around the axial. It’s easy to get self absorbed, Jason and Shelly are always there pointing the way back to “you decided to act in hurtful ways and you get to decide how you take the next step to love your wife well.”
I can’t speak for my wife, and I won’t, but this podcast is also healing for her. This is a hard road, a scary road, a difficult road, and a good road. It’s worth it.
Jason and Shelley seem to effortlessly speak truth about situations that are hard to sort through and put words to. They get to the core and heart in a way that is so freeing. They bring clarity to real life and give a place to see and express struggles that makes them bearable and disarms the lies. Their energy and insights provide true hope in darkness. They are a lifeline of love. Thank you for this amazing gift!
