I’m parent of child w/ anxiety/depression and another w/ anxiety/ocd tendencies. Full disclosure, I have my own issues w/ food. Your real talk (cursing and all) has led to me having some pretty honest talks w/ them and myself. So thank you. I look forward to future content.
It took over 40 years for me to understand what was “wrong” with me. Misdiagnosed, guinea pig for different meds. L/O IOP, PHO, and ultimately their PTSD program gave me what I needed to understand my PTS. I miss the relatability I would get from others within my group at therapy. This show helps to fill that void! And, two of people who helped make me smile in some of my darkest days are the hosts is a BONUS!
Xoxo,
The OG Potato Scrubber
