As a 26 year veteran in real estate I have heard this podcast and I am disgusted with the person that hosts the show. It is incredibly annoying and I am in shock that the national Association of realtors would permit this "FAKENESS" Let alone not consider the horrible reviews. MINUS 5 stars
There’s some good information here, but if you’ve ever watched parks and rec, the announcer, sounds like Perd from the news… which can either be a bit grating or funny if you look at it from a different angle.
Learning a lot but wow, the host sounds so fake and annoying.
If the host just talked like a normal person instead of trying to be a sports announcer I would listen to this.
