Came to the podcast to listen to Nick Blackwells story. The legend that he is. Had to skip the episode forward 47 minutes before they stopped chatting but was really good. Powerful episode. I saw Nick in the Trowbridge boxing gym in 2014 & 2015. Was incredible and inspiring to watch when I was an amateur, his left hook was a beast.

This podcast has completely capitulated over the last year, pure garbage nowā¦.. Iāve listened from day one but am now moving on.
No consistency, constant contractions and biased opinions, pointless stories from spencer are draining and sometimes cringe, itās clear to see by the level of guests (or complete lack of)
The number one podcast this is not lol, fight disciples is absolutely miles ahead of these two, I havenāt listened to full episode out of the last 5 itās got that bad
Be warned
Love these two, itās like being down the pub with mates , discussing the great sport of boxing.
And of course ball advice, the house DOES look bigger when you trim the shrubs.

The weekly guests are always brilliant and to be honest I enjoy the fact that both presenters donāt think twice about keeping it ... more
