Used to really enjoy this however the interviews remind me of a an American talk show , there are no probing questions just an opportunity for the guest to give what they are plugging . Come on Steve you are Fleet St trained !

  • Room for improvement

I generally like this podcast, have listened for years, since Costello first started it.

Has unrivalled guests and access to all the big fights.

Where there’s room for improvement, is the amount of times Steve interrupts the guests. Or the Froch episode, where Steve then seems to use every Froch answer as an opportunity to show off his ability t... more

  • Has gone downhill

Used to be better when it had more structure. I love buncey but he interrupts people too much these days and it’s hard to listen to. The recent episode “interviewing” a clearly battered Carl Froch was a particular low point. Hope it gets back to previous glories!
