Shame because this podcast used to be well researched good content with good guests. Now it’s just rambling by Rick and Guy who don’t seem to plan for the podcast enough and throw out random unfounded opinions, with a touch of LIV bias thrown in. Guy’s opinions on golf and football especially are barely pub level.
If you don’t have time for this, then that’s fine. Feels like the main channel, HIIT channel and the podcast is too much to juggle.
