Q-School is in session and Eddie has safely negotiated stage 2. Unfortunately the same can't be said for some expensive possessions as he admits that the frustration of hitting the ball as well as he ever has was not matched by his putting.
And yet.... more
A rare episode that falls below the one-hour mark, but there are valid reasons:
1) It's not the busiest time in golf, 2) Andrew is at death's door so hasn't got quite as much of his non-golf nonsense to waffle on about, 3) Eddie professes to being i... more
So... that's that for Eddie on Tour this season. Despite (partly) enjoying the DP World India Championship in New Delhi - and also playing a lot of good golf - one quadruple bogey ended his weekend chances and now he's back, shivering and trying to e... more
An earlier than usual recording as Eddie is spending all of Monday travelling to India, having received an invitation to play in the DP World Championship in Delhi. He still makes time to join Andrew and Iain to discuss Marco Penge completing his thi... more

A refreshingly honest podcast, quite different to a lot of the sanitized sports pods out there. Great insight. Although he insight can be difficult to listen to Eddie lack confidence, downplay his game and be quite cynical about his golf life when he clearly can get back. He’s in a lucky position, go capitalize. Ian is brilliant other than being a Leicester fan.
Most (recreational) golfers would regard the perfect round as a balance between playing well (technical) and being in interesting company (social). This podcast delivers the perfect balance of technical and social content. A true gem!
I’m fortunate, in that I have an hours commute each way to work. Sometimes it’s an hour and thirteen minutes, sometimes only an hour and 6 minutes. It all depends on when Andrew stops talking. On every Tuesday it’s the big fight between Osman/Hynes and The Chipping Forecast. Honestly, Osman doesn’t have a friend who’s mum is one of Pans People, so TCF wins every time.
Was recommended this by friends and it is exceptional. Insightful, fun, amusing and with a witty, dry sense of humour.
Has to be the funniest golf podcast out there.
To listen to two broadcasters who are sometimes hamstrung by their respective employers(?) and say what they want! And Eddie!!! Bonkers, but what an opinion. And golfer! Obvs!
When it lands in my inbox I sometimes wait to listen to increase the anticipation!
I’m now re listening to previous ones, all be it to help me sleep!!!
Just a fabulous listen.
