    This podcast is like listening to a floor manger. They just giving blanks statement and not talking about the reality and what really going on. We all know burnout and why older adjuster leaving . They are underpaid and overworked. Senior adjusters are not leaving just because they want to retire from work. They want retire from people like the guy on this podcast who wants acts like he talking someone grandma instead of actual adjuster in the industry. Industry does need new adjusters they need... more
