  • Totally fine

It’s totally fine. I generally enjoy it, the hosts seem very genuine and they have great energy. Sometimes they have interesting takes, but their analysis and reporting are often worse than other daily or weekly business and economics podcasts. Whenever they happen to discuss a topic I know more about, I notice they’re imprecise and/or their take is quite flawed. This makes me wonder if this applies to most topics they cover, but I only notice it on the subset I have more info on. They really le... more

I’m Cole (listener since before the name change) and I work at Lucid Bots in Charlotte, NC. On the 3/27 pod you said “Licid Drones”…our flagship product is a drone, but we make many robots with the goal of automating the jobsite.

  • Truly, the best one yet!

I have to take a moment to write to both of you and tell you, I’ve been listening to you since the Robin Hood days. I’m not one for writing reviews, but I want both of you to know how great your podcast is! I’ve recruited several listeners over the years, your energy is amazing, the stories are always entertaining and educational. Thank you for what you do. Maybe one day I will get to meet you at one of your live events.

  • I Came for Business, Stayed for the Vibes!

Been listening since the Robinhood days and still just as hooked. What I love most is that I sometimes forget I’m even listening to business news — it’s that engaging. The delivery is concise, often funny, and easy to follow, which makes it stick. I find myself sharing TBOY insights with others all the time. It’s become a consistent part of my morning routine — and something I genuinely look forward to each day.

🪙 “”Stablecoins” — Interview with Circle CEO Jeremy Allaire (Philosopher of the Coin)
Q: But Jeremy, now that we get to have you with us, there is one question that Jack and I have always wanted to ask a crypto executive. What the heck is going on with crypto right now?
The landscape is an evolving mix of high leverage and de-leveraging, with macro and specific traders shaping volatility; the conversation is about how we move from a volatile, speculative phase to a more stable, infrastructure-focused regime where digital currencies operate as native internet money rather than purely financial assets.
