Some really interesting and helpful interviews! I do feel like it’s so very specific that the content tends to be a bit repetitive. Also, the opening sound bites need to be edited way shorter and the music layered over it needs to be reduced a lot—it’s a really annoying jumble of sounds to start out with. Must listen!!
Best recommendation I’ve ever gotten for my athletes. We’re only 3 in and it is such eye opening info for both myself as a supporting role and for helping my kids to understand the mind connection in their training and performance. So grateful for this!
