  • A MUST listen for every gym parent!!!

This podcast is seriously incredible! Regardless of what level your gymnast is, this podcast will give you insight on how you can help them be their best in the sport. I have a L10 gymnast and wish I knew a lot of this info when she was Level 3/6 (she skipped 4/5). Lots of episodes I am able to listen in the car with my gymnast on the way to practice. It also helps them to understand the importance of having a proper fueling strategy and what they need to do to reach their long-term goals. Thank... more
