  • Love love!

Obsessed with this podcast. I always look forward to the conversations and learning more about gymnastics. I will be honest I was an Olympics Gymnastics watcher and that was it prior to 2020 and now I have even started watching college because of this podcast.

  • Jessica is awful

She cackles and I turn it off. She is fake and loves to hint at insider information like we all know what she is talking about. Not a welcoming podcast for any new listener. No way is there content worth paying them so they can go to meets and not tell us all the info. They hide things and act like we all were there.

Judge Breaks Silence: "There's no real accountability system"
Q: What levels are you judging and how has that perspective shaped your view of start values and bonuses?

China Dominates the New Mixed Team Format + USAG Pulls Out of World Cups
Q: How does plus-five/minus-five scoring compare to traditional scoring in terms of differentiation and fairness?
It offers more differentiation by explicitly rewarding positive attributes and allowing detailed per-element evaluation, something current gymnastics scoring lacks.
China Dominates the New Mixed Team Format + USAG Pulls Out of World Cups
Q: Could lineups be changed mid-meet, and would that be practical given the two-event limit for some athletes?
Yes, but it depends on the format's deadlines and the impact on athletes' readiness; the discussion highlighted practical constraints in mid-meet lineup changes.
