This is an incredible podcast. Dr. Meredith has an incredible brain, she’s real, honest and she is someone who will “go there” on the topic of body love. She’s not toxically positive nor is she out to lunch. Love her and her guests and here for this journey!
I loved being on the One Body to Love podcast and could talk with Dr Mackenzie all day about very needed discussions for inclusive equitable care.
