  • Obviously Biased toward the defense

    Being an NPR podcast there is always going to be prejudice against the police. The narrative falls in line with said prejudice, heavily favoring anything said by the defense. They scrutinize the police account with fervor and skepticism, which in of itself is not necessarily bad, however they do not apply the same skepticism toward what the defense claims. Like at all.
